Principal Core Research Scientist
Project lead for metabolomics, lipidomics and special small molecules
Charles Vidoudez, Ph.D.

Charles completed his PhD in Chemical Ecology at the Friedrisch Schiller University in Jena, Germany, where he worked on applying metabolomics methods to understand interactions in diatoms bloom. He then joined Prof. Girguis lab at Harvard to work on building and deploying in situ mass spectrometers at hydrothermal vents and other deep sea sites. He has more than 25 publications in peer reviewed journals and an extensive experience in metabolomics and lipidomics with GC-MS and LC-MS.
