The small molecule submission portal has moved to a new address https://smms.rc.fas.harvard.edu/minilims/ . it is also only accessible from within the Harvard network (either on campus or vpn). if you do not have access, email your HCMS contact for help.

As of December 15th, 2025, we are experiencing issues with our protemics sample submission portal. To submit new samples or check the status of current samples, please email either Mei Chen or Steven Kolakowski.
Due to staff vacation, there will be no metabolomics/lipidomics samples processing from april 1 to 18. those queues are paused during that time. Thanks
