Agilent 6210 Time-of-Flight LC/MS  This is primarily a high resolution mass spectrometer (~6,000 at m/z 622) which is used for both nominal and exact mass measurement (< 5 ppm). It uses an internal lock-mass correction to provide very high accuracy measurments.   It's linear dynamic range is between 2 to 3 orders of magnitude.    An Agilent 1100 series HPLC with a binary pump and autosampler are coupled to this mass spectrometer for performing both rapid flow injection analysis (FIA) and LC-MS experiments.  This instrument is available on an open access basis.  Agilent EasyAccess software provides an easy user interface for open access use.
