Data Storage Policy

•The SMMS Facility will keep raw MS data and analysis files (Compound Discoverer, lipidsearch, etc, result files) for at least 6 months.

•Due to the large amount of data generated at the facility, data may be deleted after 6 months.

•Please contact us to arrange the transfer of all raw data to you.

•We highly recommend that you consider saving your raw data. In addition, this might be required by some Journals for future publications.

•Minilims data (reports, submissions, etc) will be archived after 2 years

Sample Storage Policy

•Please contact us within 2 weeks if you want to retrieve leftover samples or if you want us to store samples for you for further analysis.

•Samples may be discarded after 2 weeks, unless you specially request to keep them.

•Due to storage capacity limitation, we usually cannot keep samples more that 3 months.
